Initially, the shortlist of candidates was drawn up by their research team, using local and national news, industry journals and publically-available customer testimonials to identify deserving candidates from a variety of geographical areas and industry sectors. From there the candidates were judged by a panel with over 30 years’ experience, comparing candidates within their industry sector and against firms of a similar size, to ensure a fair process that allows firms of all sizes to compete.
